gnome-lirc-properties: Using PolicyKit to get sudo access

Can’t get PolicyKit’s ObtainAuthorization() to work.
gnome-lirc-properties, which I just mentioned needs to edit /etc/lirc/lircd.conf, which requires sudo/root access.
